Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact us via phone or reply ‘No’ to your appointment confirmation SMS. We require a minimum of one hours’ notice. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply for non-attendance or late cancellations on more than one occasion. The fee is non rebate-able through Medicare.
